Welcome to the website of the Fairford, Faringdon, Filkins and Burford Ploughing Society. Hopefully this site will give you all the information you need to help you enjoy your day out at the show, held annually on the last Saturday in September.

The 2018 show will be held on Saturday 29th September at Friars Court, Clanfield, OX18 2SU

Entry prices this year are £10 Adults, £5 Children(under 16) and Seniors £6 (children under 5 Free).
Sorry but cash only on the gate.
There is forward parking for Members and Blue Badge Holders.

The show is open to the public from 8.30am. Ploughing and Hedgelaying competitions start at 9am with most of the competitions ending at 2.30pm but displays by steam, horses and main ring carrying on until approximately 4pm.

Please be aware that this is a ploughing match and country show on fields so the ground may be rough and difficult going especially if it is wet.

Dogs are welcome on the day (especially Terriers).

Next event

The next event is on the Saturday 29th September 2018 . As usual there will be the normal ploughing match in the morning and the Country Show in the afternoon with all your favorite exhibitions and demonstrations. Please find out further detail about the event, when they become available, here...
